We introduce in this paper a new homology attached to a Langrangian subman-ifold L of a symplectic manifold, which provides an invariant of the Hamiltonian isotopy class of L. This leads to various applications concerning the analytical, topological, and dynamical properties of Lagrangian submanifolds, and to a new universal Floer homology, defined without obstruction, for pairs of Lagrangian sub-manifolds. Throughout this paper, we shall assume that all Lagrangian submanifolds are connected, orientable, and relatively spin (recall that a Lagrangian submanifold

Keratoconus experimentally produced in mice using collagenase
Introduction: Keratoconus is a relatively common disease of cornea in which structural changes within the cornea cause it to thin and change to a conical shape and scar at the central portion of cornea. So far, few methods and drug treatments were introduced due to both lack of accepted animal models to induce experimental keratoconus and limitation of research in human considering ethical issu...

متن کاملLoratadine- Loaded Thermoresponsive Hydogel : Characterization and Ex-vivo Rabbit Cornea Permeability Studies
Poor bioavailability of ophthalmic drops is mainly due to drainage through the nasal-lacrimal duct and a very low permeability through corneal epithelium. The aim of our study was to prepare and characterize an ocular hydrogel of loratadine, as an example of a lipophilic drug, to increase drug concentration and residence time at the site of action in the eye. In this study,a 23full factorial de...
